Spend a few hours this fall reconnecting with the part of YOU that likes to play and explore. Creativity can be a gateway to finding the things that light us up and feel alive. In this playful, two-hour workshop, learn about how being in flow can help you feel more vibrant and more engaged with life and try a variety of different writing exercises to be able to explore what those things might be. This class may also be useful for anyone who feels creatively blocked with a specific project. This workshop is being led by Pam McFarland, a local writer and expressive writing facilitator.
